This super easy and super delicious butter cookie recipe is always a favorite for the family when you need a quick cookie recipe that the kids love to help make!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter (unsalted)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup sanding sugar

Instructions
